Xbox 360 vs Sony PS3 vs Nintendo Wii
Since Sony launches their Playstation 3 and Nintendo launches their Wii (*snicker*) this week, tech and game sites have started releasing head-to-head comparisons of those two consolese, and a couple of sites have gone back and updated their Xbox 360 reviews to reference things like the 2nd generation of games (like Gears of War), and the release of the HD DVD peripheral.Interestingly, some of the sites aren't doing a good job of comparing the separate PS3 and Xbox 360 SKUs, and some aren't taking into account the recent Xbox 360 dashboard, or even the downloadable movies and TVs that will be available for that console starting next week. In addition, a lot of the reviews don't have details on the PS3's online capabilities -- which will need to be put through its paces post launch.
